- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and fluffy.
Assembly
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Smooth it out with a spatula to create an even layer.
Topping
- Gently press the sliced fresh strawberries into the cheesecake filling.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
Serving
- Once set, cut the cheesecake into bars and top each piece with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
Notes
