- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Sauce Preparation
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
- Optional: Add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a splash of water to thicken the sauce.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of sesame oil.
- Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and slightly crispy.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture into the skillet, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and become sticky.
Serving
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
