Preparation
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure that your crescent rolls bake to a perfect golden-brown.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleanup.
- Carefully unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface, separating it into triangles.
- Place one square of chocolate and a small handful of mini marshmallows at the wider end of each triangle and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Roll each triangle toward the point, tucking the filling in as you go and sealing the ends to prevent leaks.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with melted butter for a golden sheen.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Feel free to get creative with your chocolate; dark chocolate, white chocolate, or caramel can change the flavor profile. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
