  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking in the skillet.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use generously.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Make sure your chicken thighs are thawed and patted dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Liberally sprinkle this seasoning mix over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
  3. Flip the chicken thighs over and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
