  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For a crunchy topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they become translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, scallops, and fish to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the seafood is just cooked through.
  4. Carefully pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Transfer the seafood mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Topping and Baking
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  2. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Try experimenting with different types of seafood or adding Old Bay seasoning for a flavor boost. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
