Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it's browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
- Once the sausage is cooked, remove the skillet from heat. In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix until combined and creamy.
- Unroll the can of crescent dough and separate the triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the sausage and cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough toward the pointed end to form crescents.
- Arrange the filled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
