Ingredients
  

Fruity Layers
  • 1 cup Fruit Juice (various flavors like strawberry, orange, pineapple, grape) Choose Halal-certified juices.
  • 1 cup Water Mix with fruit juice to adjust flavor strength.
  • to taste Sweetener (optional) Add according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select four different fruit juices for your rainbow layers. Use store-bought or make fresh juice.
  2. In separate bowls, mix each fruit juice with the desired amount of water.
  3. Pour the first layer of the juice mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until the layer solidifies.
  5. Once the first layer is frozen, carefully add the second flavor on top, and repeat until the mold is full.
  6. Freeze the filled molds for an additional 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
  7. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds until they slide out easily.

Notes

Experiment with different fruit juices! Allow each layer to freeze completely before adding the next to avoid blending colors. Store in airtight containers in the freezer for up to two months.
