Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add the cheese and pepperoni to the dry ingredients and mix well until coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Serve warm, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
