  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use smooth peanut butter without added sugars or oils.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
Ingredients for Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips You can substitute with cocoa powder or crushed nuts for a different twist.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Optional, for smoother chocolate.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
  2. Using your hands, shape the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
Setting
  1. Once all the bites are coated, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
  2. Once firm, enjoy your Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites immediately, or store them in an airtight container!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze individually for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature before enjoying.
