Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter Ensure it is halal-friendly without additives.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract For added flavor.
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 24 pieces Hershey's Kisses For topping each cookie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  2. Remove cookies and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10 seconds if desired.
