Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove cookies and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10 seconds if desired.
