Preparation

Coating the Chicken
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, fully coating it.
- Transfer the coated chicken pieces to the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
Baking
- Place the coated chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet without touching each other.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
