  • 1 bag marshmallows (10-12 oz)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil to thin the chocolate
  • 1 cup sprinkles/nuts/candy your choice for topping
  • as needed pieces lollipop sticks or skewers
  • 1 sheet wax paper for drying the pops

Preparation
  1. Lay out a sheet of wax paper on a baking tray to catch any drips. Gather your ingredients and tools.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow, pushing it down carefully.
  4. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate-covered marshmallow.
  6. Place the pops upright in the wax paper-lined tray and let them set until chocolate hardens.
  7. Once set, arrange the pops on a platter for serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for up to a month; thaw in the refrigerator.
