- Lay out a sheet of wax paper on a baking tray to catch any drips. Gather your ingredients and tools.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow, pushing it down carefully.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate-covered marshmallow.
- Place the pops upright in the wax paper-lined tray and let them set until chocolate hardens.
- Once set, arrange the pops on a platter for serving.
