- Dice the red bell pepper and cucumber to the same size as the mango.

Mixing the Salad
- In a large bowl, gently combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top of the salad.
- Sprinkle salt over the salad to taste.
- If using, chop some fresh cilantro and add it as garnish.
