Preparation

Baking the Crust

Preparing the Filling
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and baking powder until smooth.
Combining and Final Baking
- Pour the lemon filling over the pre-baked crust.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the filling is set and slightly golden.
Cooling
- Allow the bars to cool in the dish for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
