Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Distribute the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture on top of the marshmallows.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before lifting out of the pan.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For gluten-free options, use gluten-free graham crackers. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for three months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to regain gooey texture.
