  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling the ripe bananas. You can chop them into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup and blend again.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 2-4 hours for the best texture.

Notes

To store, transfer leftovers to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to a week. If ice cream hardens too much, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
