- Fold in the diced pickles, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust any seasonings according to preference.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh dill if desired and serve with crackers, veggies, or pita chips.
Notes
