  • 1 cup peanut butter Natural peanut butter can be used, just ensure to stir before measuring.
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups powdered sugar Measure accurately to get the right texture.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Crushed digestive biscuits can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional, for dipping.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and a large mixing bowl.
  2. In your mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey. Mix them together until they reach a silky, smooth consistency.
  3. Gradually mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Using a spatula or your hands, fold everything together until it combines well.
  4. With clean hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about the size of a tablespoon).
  5. If desired, melt the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and dip each peanut butter ball halfway to create a delicious chocolatey finish.
  6. Place the peanut butter balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

  1. Once set, enjoy your peanut butter balls! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months, separating layers with parchment paper.
