- Gather all your ingredients and a large mixing bowl.
- In your mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey. Mix them together until they reach a silky, smooth consistency.
- Gradually mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Using a spatula or your hands, fold everything together until it combines well.
- With clean hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about the size of a tablespoon).
- If desired, melt the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and dip each peanut butter ball halfway to create a delicious chocolatey finish.
- Place the peanut butter balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
