Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
- Use your clean hands to mix all the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out to allow hot air to circulate.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Optional: Turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispier exterior.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat by placing in a baking dish covered with foil at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
