- Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small chunks.
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

- Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Seal it and place it in the freezer.
- Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for the best texture.
- When ready, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
