  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or add more ripe mangoes if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Seal it and place it in the freezer.
  5. Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  6. When ready, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing to maintain texture.
