  • 1 clove garlic (minced) Enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. With a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your preferred level of creaminess.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of one lime to add zest and prevent browning.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped onion, diced Roma tomatoes, and minced garlic.
  5. Add salt to taste and optional diced jalapeƱos if you like some heat.
  6. Mix in some chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.
  7. Scoop into a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

For best taste and texture, consume within 1-2 days. Press plastic wrap directly onto the guacamole's surface and store in an airtight container to prevent browning. Can be frozen but may change texture upon thawing.
