For the Cheese Bombs
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough Use your favorite brand
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cubed Can substitute with other cheeses if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavoring
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted Used for coating
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped Fresh or dried can be used
  • to taste Salt Add as needed

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  3. Take a piece of dough and flatten it slightly in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  4. Form the dough around the cheese to create a ball and pinch it closed to completely seal the cheese inside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Dip each cheese-filled dough ball in the butter mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm.

Notes

For variations, try different cheese types like cheddar or pepper jack. Add fresh herbs to the butter mix for extra flavor.
