Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Take a piece of dough and flatten it slightly in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Form the dough around the cheese to create a ball and pinch it closed to completely seal the cheese inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Dip each cheese-filled dough ball in the butter mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
