- In another bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until fully combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, let your brownies sit overnight in an airtight container. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
