Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough and lay out half of the sheets onto a greased baking dish, ensuring they cover the bottom and slightly overlap.
- Layer the thinly sliced roast beef evenly over the crescent dough.
- Top the beef with the shredded provolone cheese, spreading it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the cheese and beef to infuse those amazing flavors.
- Place the remaining crescent sheets over the filled dish and pinch the edges together to seal.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before slicing it into squares.
- Serve warm with a small bowl of beef broth for dipping.
Notes
If using pre-sliced roast beef, you can save time. For added flavor, top with herbs before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
