- Rinse your strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple under cool water. Slice your strawberries, bananas, and dice your pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits—strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and pineapple.
- Toss in the mini marshmallows and fold gently to incorporate without squishing the fruits.
- In a separate bowl, combine the whipped cream (and yogurt, if you're using it) with honey or sugar, if desired.
- Gently fold the creamy mixture into the bowl of fruits until everything is nicely coated.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
