Preparation
- Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to your blender to form the base.
- Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of honey (or your favorite sweetener), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until completely smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Taste the mousse, and if needed, add more honey or sweetener and blend again briefly.
- Pour the mousse into serving bowls or ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serving
- When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings such as nuts, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. If too thick, add a little milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
