Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to your blender to form the base.
  2. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of honey (or your favorite sweetener), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until completely smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Taste the mousse, and if needed, add more honey or sweetener and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour the mousse into serving bowls or ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings such as nuts, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. If too thick, add a little milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
