Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the Boursin cheese and chicken broth. Mix well until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combining
- Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the creamy Boursin sauce over them, and let them simmer for a few minutes to soak in the flavors.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley before plating. Enjoy this creamy chicken dish with your favorite side!
Notes
If you can’t find Boursin cheese, substitute with cream cheese mixed with garlic powder and herbs. Check chicken's internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C). Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, reheating gently on low heat to avoid drying out the chicken.
