  2. Toss in minced garlic and ginger just before chicken is fully cooked and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over chicken and veggies, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
