  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust to your spice preference.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste chopped green onions (optional) For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  3. Open the cans of crescent roll dough and unroll them. Arrange the crescent rolls in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, overlapping the edges slightly to create a ring shape.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of the crescent roll ring.
  5. Gently fold the pointed ends of the crescent dough over the filling and press to seal, creating a closed ring.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Allow the dish to cool for a minute, then sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Pair with a vibrant side salad, veggie trays with ranch or blue cheese dressing, or serve alongside potato chips for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
