  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup diced vegetables e.g., bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes

  • for garnish Fresh herbs (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry sheet to fit your baking dish. Gently place it into the dish and press down to fit the corners.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the pastry crust. Then add your diced vegetables on top of the cheese.
  5. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables, making sure everything is well distributed.
Baking
  1. Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.
Serving
