Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Scoop out the dough and form small balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Tip: Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator. They freeze well and can be reheated directly from frozen.
