Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup protein powder (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder Ensure it's fresh for best results.
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Scoop out the dough and form small balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  2. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
  3. Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Tip: Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator. They freeze well and can be reheated directly from frozen.
