Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the goat cheese log in a small oven-safe dish.
  3. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of honey over the goat cheese.
  4. Add the olive oil over the cheese and honey.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs on top (if using).
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is warm and soft, and the honey is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining honey before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with crackers, fresh baguette slices, or colorful vegetable sticks.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. This dish does not freeze well.
