Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, flour, egg, sugar, and sea salt. Stir well until all the ingredients form a thick, fudgy dough.
- Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, take portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes. Remove them once the edges are set, but the centers should still look soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Don't over-mix the dough, and allow cookies to cool slightly to maintain their fudgy texture. Experiment with toppings like chocolate chips or nuts for added texture.
