- Start by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a mixing bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the bananas until they reach a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the rolled oats into the mashed bananas. Your mix may seem a bit dry, but that’s perfectly okay!
- Finally, add in your choice of nut butter and mix until everything is well combined.
- Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the banana bites in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, allowing them to firm up slightly.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can freeze them for longer storage, just ensure to use a freezer-safe bag or container.
