Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweetener, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  3. Using a tablespoon, drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
