Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until moist. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into your prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
