  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips You can use dark or milk chocolate.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining it with muffin liners.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until moist. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop the batter into your prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy the rich chocolate deliciousness!

Notes

Consider substituting half the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier twist. Experiment with the type of chocolate chips for varying flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for about a week.
