  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients and letting the cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the sour cream into the bowl, mixing until well blended with the cream cheese.
  4. Add in the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute flavors evenly.
  6. Let the dip chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh dill if desired before serving.
