Ingredients
  

For the Strawberries
  • 12 large large fresh strawberries Choose firm, plump, and brightly colored strawberries.
For the Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives or dill, finely chopped Feel free to substitute with other herbs.
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Remove the green tops and carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small paring knife or a melon baller.
Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the creamy mixture using a piping bag or a small spoon.
  2. Refrigerate the filled strawberries for about 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Best enjoyed fresh; do not reheat.
