Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well-combined.
- Carefully stuff each prawn with the filling using a teaspoon, packing it in well but avoiding overstuffing.
- Lay the stuffed prawns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the stuffed prawns.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Prawns can be substituted with shrimp. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze before baking and cook from frozen.
