Notes

Keep an eye on the cupcakes while baking to prevent overbaking, which can lead to dryness. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or refrigerate for a week. To freeze, wrap each cupcake in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
