Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted Make sure your mangoes are perfectly ripe for maximum flavor!
  • 1 cup heavy cream You can substitute with coconut cream for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel and pit the ripe mangoes, then chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the mango pieces until smooth, creating a luscious puree with no chunks.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip the mixture until it's slightly thickened—about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold the mango puree into the cream mixture and stir until well combined, achieving a beautiful golden hue.
Freezing
  1. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and spread it evenly. Seal and place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, scoop out the Delicious Mango Ice Cream into bowls, and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Keep mango ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. It can last up to 2-3 weeks when properly stored. If it's too hard to scoop after being frozen, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
