Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on a baking rack for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
To keep your cookies fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. They freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. Use coconut oil as a dairy-free alternative to butter or maple syrup as a half replacement for honey.
