Preparation
  1. Begin with your cooked chicken. If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken, roast or boil your chicken until fully cooked and then dice it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash your broccoli thoroughly, then cut it into small florets.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, broccoli florets, halved red grapes, and sliced almonds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and broccoli mixture and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Taste your salad and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Chilling
  1. For an enhanced flavor, chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
