- Begin with your cooked chicken. If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken, roast or boil your chicken until fully cooked and then dice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash your broccoli thoroughly, then cut it into small florets.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, broccoli florets, halved red grapes, and sliced almonds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and broccoli mixture and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Taste your salad and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Chilling
- For an enhanced flavor, chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
