  • 1 cup cup of milk
  • 1 cup cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup cup of diced vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and carefully press the triangles into the bottom of the baking dish, ensuring to cover the base evenly.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Stir in your chosen diced vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
Baking
  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
