- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using fresh spinach, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the spinach, and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. If using frozen spinach, ensure it’s adequately thawed and drained.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, sautéed spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese and grated Parmesan.
Cooking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
