- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until well blended.
- Pour in the melted butter and milk, then mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Gently fold in the mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Lightly flour your hands, scoop about a tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and place it on a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each roll.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until rolls are puffed up and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before tearing apart to enjoy the melted goodness inside.
Notes
For a different flavor, you can substitute cheddar cheese for mozzarella. Avoid overmixing the dough to ensure fluffiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 2 months.
