Method
 

Cooking the Beef

Adding Onions and Garlic
  1. Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onions become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Making the Gravy Base
  1. Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Adding Liquids
  1. Gradually whisk in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring this mixture to a simmer, letting it thicken slightly.
Incorporating Milk
  1. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the gravy is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
