Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Wipe down the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, generously brush BBQ sauce over the chicken and let it caramelize.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave, being careful not to dry out the chicken.
