- Open the two cans of apple pie filling and spread them evenly across the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over the apple pie filling.

- Melt 1/2 cup of butter and pour it evenly over the cake mix without mixing.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
