  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Sprinkle over the apple filling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the two cans of apple pie filling and spread them evenly across the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over the apple pie filling.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the apple mixture.
  5. Melt 1/2 cup of butter and pour it evenly over the cake mix without mixing.
  6. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
