  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Use your favorite brand.
  • ½ cup croutons, crushed Make sure they are crunchy.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • to taste Freshly cracked pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If you're using rotisserie chicken, shred about 2 cups of it into a mixing bowl. If you're cooking chicken, grill or bake it until fully cooked, then shred it.
  2. In the same bowl with the shredded chicken, add the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, crushed croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until all the ingredients are well-coated.
  3. Take a large flour tortilla and place a hearty amount of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center. Be careful not to overfill!
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it from the bottom up tightly. Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas.
  5. Slice the wraps in half if desired, and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Enjoy with extra Caesar dressing on the side!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For reheating, wrap in aluminum foil and warm in a 350°F oven for about 10-15 minutes. For longer storage, separate the chicken mixture and tortillas, freezing each item for up to 2 months.
