Preparation
- If you're using rotisserie chicken, shred about 2 cups of it into a mixing bowl. If you're cooking chicken, grill or bake it until fully cooked, then shred it.
- In the same bowl with the shredded chicken, add the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, crushed croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until all the ingredients are well-coated.
- Take a large flour tortilla and place a hearty amount of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center. Be careful not to overfill!
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it from the bottom up tightly. Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired, and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Enjoy with extra Caesar dressing on the side!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For reheating, wrap in aluminum foil and warm in a 350°F oven for about 10-15 minutes. For longer storage, separate the chicken mixture and tortillas, freezing each item for up to 2 months.
